In-Stock Items

Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

Delivery

When an item on www.acebricks.com is available for store pick up/ will call, that means you can save shipping costs by choosing to pick up your item(s) at Ace Brick & Hardware store.

You will be notified via e-mail when your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to the Ace Hardware store you selected as your shipping destination. (A special note to our customers in Alaska or Hawaii: Delivery will take approximately 15-35 full business days, although the delivery period may vary. Please contact the store prior to pick up to ensure your package has delivered. For quicker delivery, please select UPS shipping.)

After you complete your Will Call order, the receipt page provides you with your order number and information about the order. Keep your order number in a safe place; it will be needed for all order references. Print this screen and save it. You must present your printed receipt with your order number, the credit card used for purchase and one form of photo ID when you pick up your Will Call order at Ace Brick & Hardware. You will be notified via e-mail when your order is has left distributor and is on its way to the Ace Brick & Hardware store.

Rules and restrictions for Will Call purchases:

  • At the Ace retail store, you must present your printed receipt with your order number, the credit card used for purchase and one form of photo ID in order to receive your Ship-to-Store merchandise.
  • If you wish to return Will Call  merchandise, you must return it to the Ace retail store to which it was shipped.
  • Charges (retail price, shipping and handling, and sales tax) for unclaimed online merchandise are not refundable.



Shipping Methods and Costs

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.acebricks.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select.Your total shipping charges may not automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.  In this case, call (800) 781-ACES during regular business hours.

Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.


48 Contiguous United States

  • Standard Ground, normally 3-8 business days
    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
     
  • Will Call
    Most items may be shipped in 2-5 business days. You can expect your order to arrive at the store within 15-35 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
